The Tank Group organic solvent extraction system usually has three or more extraction tanks. Each tank is a cylindrical container with a feeding tube on top and a meal outlet at the bottom. The system works by using a countercurrent process across all the tanks to extract oil efficiently.
This system is mainly used for oil-bearing materials with large particles and low solvent permeability, as well as for extracting special components from certain materials. The carbon steel version is designed for processing common oil materials, while the stainless steel version is better for handling special materials.
