Pretreatment Systems

Cleaning: Using screening, air separation, and magnetic separation to remove large impurities like sand, stones, iron debris, and fibers to minimize oil loss and protect the oil press equipment.

Extrusion: Using an extruder to expand the raw material with high pressure and temperature, breaking cellular structures and increasing porosity for the oil inside to be more easily released.
