Features of the Oil Pressing Machine
The traditional machine usually break down because of its processing by punch which is rough with burr. According to the defects, we draw the squeeze parts of the oil pressing machine in one time by using advanced broacher, and with automatic precision polishing, so that the machining accuracy and smooth of squeeze system has been improved a lot. From now on, the oil press can be used into normal production after simple testing press.
This kind of oil press machine adds pressure gradually in multilevel，which can increase the pressure of squeeze chamber， so that it can press and extract oil in maximum；we designed oil grooves for fear of the extracted oil soaking in the cake residual，thus the extracted oil can be separated from the cakes rapidly，to get high oil recovery.
