This is our old customer from Kumasi, Ghana. The customer has already got a 25ton/day soybean oil pressing line including 1PC Cleaning sieve,1PC steam cooker, 1PC crusher, 3PC oil press and 1PC filter. This time they ordered a small semi-continuous soybean oil refinery unit from us for soybean oil refining. The daily capacity is 5 ton and we helped install and debug the samll line during March 3rd,2015 - April 24th, 2015.

Project Introduction:

Customer buy soybean from their local market and extract soybean oil by themselves. Technical is chemical refining, the process is neutralization,water washing, decoloration,filtering and deodorization. main equipment contains deodorizing pot,decoloring pot, leaf filters, water-ejection-vacuum-pump，heat-conduction oil furnace i.e..
